Mentessa, established in 2019 by tech entrepreneurs Andrey Andreev and Tina Ruseva, operates as a skills discovery platform facilitating knowledge sharing, learning, and collaboration within hybrid organizations. 

With over 5,000 users across various organizations, Mentessa has quickly gained traction, providing a platform for individuals to connect with mentors, advance their careers, and share their experiences.

Previously backed by the Bulgarian VC fund Eleven Ventures, Mentessa is poised for further growth and innovation with its latest partnership.

The collaboration between Mentessa and EIT Digital represents a strategic move aimed at driving innovation in the future of work. EIT Digital, a grant co-funded by the European Union, is known for its support of innovative projects that have the potential to make a lasting impact.
