Verifiable compute layer Space and Time Labs (SxT), which delivers tamperproof on-chain and off-chain data to enterprises has announced the appointment of Rika Khurdayan as Chief Legal Officer. The Microsoft M12-backed blockchain company aims to improve its legal structure and streamline its regulatory solutions with Khurdayan’s appointment.
Khurdayan brings a wealth of experience to SxT’s legal team having worked previously in cryptocurrency and blockchain projects across the ecosystem. Most recently, she served as US chief legal officer for Bitstamp, the world’s longest-running global cryptocurrency exchange that entered an agreement to be acquired by Robinhood Markets, Inc. in June. In addition, Khurdayan also founded and ran her law firm, KSTechLaw, which specializes in regulatory solutions for token issuers, trading platforms, and cryptocurrency investment funds.
