io.net’s Decentralized GPU Infrastructure to Fuel Matchain’s AI Identity Solutions

Decentralized GPU compute provider io.net announces a strategic partnership with Matchain, a decentralized AI identity layer for Web 3. The partnership aims to enhance AI app development across the Matchain ecosystem, with io.net providing the necessary GPU infrastructure for the platform. The partnership aligns with the two company’s vision of enhancing AI integrations and innovations, by leveraging the power of decentralized computing resources.

Announced Thursday, Matchain will leverage io.net’s GPU infrastructure to support various applications across Matchain's ecosystem and enhance AI app building. io.net’s role in the partnership will include providing decentralized GPU infrastructure and reducing the complexity of infrastructure management for Matchain developers. 

Matchain, an official partner of French footballing giants PSG, provides its users with an AI identity layer that is optimized for data and identity sovereignty.  Matchain utilizes advanced AI for data aggregation, analytics, and user profiling, empowering developers to create sophisticated decentralized identity and data management solutions.

The partnership unlocks scalable, decentralized GPU resources for Matchain users, allowing them to meet their computing needs at lower prices. This stems from io.net’s GPU clusters which are offered at a fraction of the cost of traditional cloud providers. Despite the lower costs, Matchain users will still be able to enjoy high-performance computing at fast speeds. 

Speaking on the partnership with io.net, Jessie Xiao, Chief Commercial Officer of Matchain, said:

On the flip side, the partnership also benefits the goals and roadmap of Matchain to “leverage blockchain to advance AI research”. By integrating io.net’s decentralized computing model, Matchain users will be able to get GPU resources on demand and faster payment via the Solana blockchain. Moreover, Matchain users will benefit from access to io.net's GPU infrastructure at partner-specific rates, and support in training, deployment, and scaling of AI models in a cost-efficient manner.

Finally, the strategic partnership will offer Matchain 1.1 million users and developers tools to create futuristic and innovative AI identity-based applications such as identity and data management. According to statements from both teams, the partnership signals a new dawn in the AI and blockchain field, offering a practical solution for advancing decentralized AI applications.
