The new patch of Valve’s game Deadlock allows players to turn cheaters into frogs during the match. This anti-cheat system will have two options: to instantly ban the cheater and end the game or make the cheater play the rest of the match as a frog.
Deadlock – which is still in development, has a long list of adjustments in the latest patch notes shared on the website. The most attention-worthy of these updates was the unique anti-cheat system, which tackles cheaters in a sweet revenge style.
The cheater will only be allowed to hop around in the match just to get banned by the end. A user on X says, “The frog transformation adds a lighthearted element to an otherwise frustrating situation, making it more palatable for players.”
