Former SPAC CFO sentenced to 3 years for $5m crypto fraud
Cooper Morgenthau, the former CFO of African Gold Acquisition Corp, has been sentenced to 3 years in jail for stealing $5 million from three different SPACs to trade cryptocurrencies and "meme stocks."
