The viral tap to earn game revealed that players can now unlock more tokens through in-game activities. The game’s developers announced on the Telegram airdrop section that all player activities are important. They added that the tokens’ distribution will consider the player’s social activity, earning keys, and playing methods. The mini apps developers affirmed that all points will contribute to the Airdrop distribution to every player.
The devs also updated the Telegram mini app airdrop section to include six different sections for token accrual. The sections include passive income, friends, earn tasks, achievements, keys, and telegram subscription.
According to the team, the metric for token allocation will depend on the points accumulated in the different sections. A spokesperson said for one to be eligible for the airdrop, the quality of invited players, community interactions, and the game’s cycle will also be evaluated.
The spokesperson also stated that more gamers would increase capitalization and, consequently, larger rewards for all players.
Hamster Kombat aims to introduce Web3 to gamers
Hamster Kombat’s spokesperson assured players that there were no venture capitalists in play and that the only way to acquire the tokens was to participate in the game. The Hamster Kombat WhitePaper reads;
“Since we have neither investment firms nor VCs backing us, there is no extra sell pressure, and the community-driven token and its value will be determined by demand, supply, and community interest.”
According to CoinCecko, the Uniswap UNI airdrop was valued at $6.43 billion and is currently the largest airdrop. The data also indicated that Apecoin and dYdX were the second and third-largest airdrops in history after Uniswap.
Hamster Kombat reportedly teased, surpassing Uniswap’s airdrop total value disbursed and claiming the largest airdrop title. Two months after its launch, Hamster set the record for the fastest project to gain over 100 million players.
As Hamster continues to gain traction, the Foundation revealed its future plans are to develop a gaming publishing ecosystem that would enable different gaming studios to access their audience by offering marketing and collaboration opportunities to onboard the next billion players across different gaming platforms.
A Hamsters spokesperson said the game intends to introduce blockchain technology to gamers without much friction. The Foundation also revealed it was trying to create multiple income streams to prevent the need to sell the upcoming token once it is released.
