Robinhood Wallet, the self-custody, multi-chain Web3 wallet, has now made its way to the Apple App Store and is available to users globally.
The Robinhood wallet’s exciting features
After a successful beta launch in September 2022, the waitlist for the app has finally been lifted, and it has been downloaded in over 130 countries.
The GM of Robinhood Crypto, Johann Kerbrat, shared that the feedback received for Robinhood Wallet has been extremely positive.
Users love the accessibility and user-friendly interface of the app, which allows them to self-custody their digital assets and swap with no network fees on Polygon.
In response to user feedback, Robinhood Wallet now supports both the Polygon and Ethereum networks and offers over 50 ERC tokens.
While we recognize it’s been a tumultuous few months in the crypto space, we remain committed to our mission to make the platform the most trusted, lowest cost, and easiest to use on-ramp to crypto.

For a limited time, new users who transfer $10 worth of crypto from Robinhood Crypto to Robinhood Wallet can earn up to 5 USDC.
Alternatively, those who transfer $10 from another wallet or exchange can earn 1 USDC. This offer is only available for a short period of time, so users are encouraged to take advantage of it while it lasts.
Easy-to-use and secure wallet
Robinhood Wallet is designed to be simple and intuitive for users while still offering powerful tools that support the next generation of Web3 users.
Users have full control over their digital assets and hold the private keys to their assets. The app allows users to view and store their NFT collections safely and explore Web3 and DeFi with ease.
Security and privacy are a top priority for Robinhood, which is why the app has a number of security tools to help customers secure their wallets. Users are required to set up Face/Touch ID or a custom PIN to authenticate every time they open the app.
They will also be asked to create a secret recovery phrase that allows them access to their wallet and crypto. It is important to keep this recovery phrase stored in a safe place and not share it with anyone.
Android support and upcoming features
While Robinhood Wallet is currently only available on iOS, Android support will be launched later this year. In the coming months, the company plans to launch a Web3 browser, add support for more coins and expand its in-app rewards program.
Overall, the wallet offers an accessible, easy-to-use, and secure option for users who want to self-custody their digital assets and explore Web3 and DeFi.
