STEPN GO and Adidas Launches New NFT Sneakers Collection
FSL, creators of STEPN GO, has taken its collaboration with sportswear behemoth Adidas to another level. Both entities have launched the STEPN GO x Adidas Genesis Sneakers. This exclusive Non-fungible token (NFT) collection is the second phase of the year-long partnership between the two firms.
The New STEPN x Adidas Genesis Sneakers Collection
The first partnership between both brands to blend fitness and digital fashion led to the launch of the first STEPN x Adidas Genesis Sneakers in April. This collection consists of 1,000 NFTs inspired by Adidas’ iconic running silhouettes. During this launch, users were asked to wait for further NFT drops and physical wearable items throughout the collaboration.
“This genesis collection is the first of a series of co-branded activities between Stepn and Adidas over a one-year partnership that will see further NFT drops and physical, wearable items on the roadmap,” the Solana-based move-to-earn app said.
Like the first collection, the STEPN GO x Adidas Genesis Sneakers will only be available on STEPN GO and through a raffle on MOOAR, FSL’s NFT marketplace. 1,000 Genesis Sneakers will be up for grabs at 10,000 GMT per entry. A refund will be prepared for those who don’t win.
STEPN GO launched its Public Beta on September 4, 2024. Ever since the Haus System has quickly become a standout feature of STEPN GO. This platform allows users to lend their digital Sneakers to friends and share Energy and earnings while motivating each other to stay active. This system has been crucial to opening STEPN GO to a broader audience.
It has even made it accessible to those without prior knowledge of crypto. All they have to do is simply use an Activation Code. Apart from the Haus System, other features reward users for staying active. This includes the Fitness Level feature, which provides additional earnings based on consistent activity.
There is also GO GAME TOKEN (GGT), earned through walking, jogging, or running. It can later be used within the app to upgrade Sneakers and mint Shoeboxes.
Adidas and Future Digital Projects
Adidas and FSL’s year-long partnership and the following launches reflect the sportswear giant’s commitment to exploring the future of wearables in the Web3 space. Many more exciting projects will likely follow.

In the past, Adidas has collaborated with American cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase Global Inc (NASDAQ: COIN), the renowned Bored Ape Yacht Club, and even the luxury carmaker Bugatti.
Over a year ago, Adidas partnered with popular digital artist FEWOCiOUS to create a physical sneakers collection. The collection was sold through an NFT redemption pass. The digital arts incorporated the artists’ playful style, deeply personal approach, and bold aesthetic, amongst other characteristics. It was dubbed the Adidas Originals x FEWOCiOUS collection and described as a “harmonious collision of perspectives.”
