CoinDesk's report shows the opaque complex relationship between Alameda and FTX. Alameda has serious problems with high leverage and a very dangerous balance sheet composition. The excessive concentration of SOL/FTT poses a collateral risk to Defi/Cefi.

While many people compare SuZhu to SBF, but another very similar relationship is actually Tether Bitfinex and Alameda FTX. Tether has made a lot of progress in transparency, and SBF should issue regular, open and transparent audit reports.
